A potent tincture made from the fruiting bodies of Cordyceps mushrooms. Soaked in 95% grain alcohol for 6 weeks and pressed to extract triterpenes, sterols, and lignans. Then a hot water extract for a minimum of 6 hours to extract polysaccharides such beta-glucans.
